I'm really glad you've decided to priorize time off. It's so rare to really get a full break, I believe it's critical to take those times when we can, and do it on our own terms. I'm currently on a 3-month health leave from work - I thought I'd want to engage periodically with work (by choice) and I've been surprised by how little I've wanted to, and how nourishing it's been to be 100% in control of how and when it happens. Your plans sound really holistic which doesn't surprise me at all!

Don’t be afraid to ask for help with postpartum depression if you feel down. I suffered with it so bad and I didn’t know how normal/common it was. Enjoy your baby!
